TERMS & CONDITIONS

OUR RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of your ship date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Beyond 15 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

All items MUST be in the "original, unused, unworn, all tags attached" condition. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.

EvieTay store credit will be given for the item's purchase price only.

Shipping fees will not be refunded. NO REFUNDS will be given on shipping fees if you decide you want to pickup your order after you order has been completed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WARRANTY
Defected items can be returned within 15 days from the original purchase date. All sales items are excluded from warranty claims. If available, items will be replaced with same or similar item. Credit was will granted for any items no longer available.

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS PERMITTED.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items reference an "Expected Ship Date" which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale. If not date is listed a date will be sent to you once your order is completed.  These dates can and do change.  While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates.  In order to provide the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.

EVIE'S CLOSET / PRE-OWNED ITEMS
All items are in gently used, like new, or new with tags condition. Any damages to the items (if any) will be listed in the item description. FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS PERMITTED.

USA SHIPPING
All products sold in our store include free shipping to the US on orders over $50.00 (unless otherwise stated on social media, email, flyer or in the notifications bar at the top of our website).  Shipping times vary for handmade items, and if there is a shipping wait it is noted in the individual listing and/or you will be notified after placing your order.  Any delivery dates provided by EvieTay Boutique are estimates.  We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready.  EvieTay Boutique will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information at anytime.  All shipments go by way of USPS first class mail.  If you need an item quickly, please email us for a solution under the contact tab. All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.  Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & SHIPPING RATES
We ship to most countries.  If your country is not available at checkout please contact us. We will send you a quote based on your preferred order/shipping destination.  All international packages are shipped via USPS Mail.  We will provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery are out of our control.  Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country.  Customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges.  Though it is very unusual, refunds for lost packages are NOT provided so purchase at your own risk.
